Technical Specifications of Cable trays and Cable Trunkings:

• 1. Profile height for Cable Tray : 25mm, 45mm and 85mm.
• 2. Profile Hole size is 12.5x25mm to facilitate good air circulation.
• 3. Cable tray is available with and without cover and cable Trunckings with covers only.
• 4. Cable tray in Wall System is to be used with wall mounting brackets to be hanged over the wall.
• 5. Cable tray in Ceiling System is with Rawl Bolts and Threaded Rods and to be swing from Ceiling with Ceiling Mounted Brackets, form of doing the rigid connections at every floor must be doing.
• 6. In Layers hanging system, the space between layers to be chosen is 250mm is available in Ceiling Hanging Arrangement.
• 7. The maximum load which the cable trays are carried can be 10kg/m with 0.8mm to 1.0mm thickness and 20kg/m for 1.2mm and above thickness.
• 8. All our cable trays are with double bended profile running along its profile width to give proper coupling and better strengths to the installation.
• 9. Cable trays are available in various thickness of GI material and CRC material with powder coated finish.
• 10. Cable trunkings are available in CRC sheets with powder coating finish.
• 11. Cable Trunkings with different types of customized cutting profiles on covers for Voice, Data and Power Socket outlets.
